What you are looking at is a very special TopHat amplifier. This Club Royale Mk II is deemed the Studio Edition. A new face lift, special cream tolex with a classic TopHat mesh accented with a special “V” surround for the TopHat light, to protect those beautiful Celestion G10 Greenback Speakers. Speaking of which the combination of the hand-wired layout based on old Marshall and Fender configurations with those speakers gives an unrivaled tone in a “Combo” amplifier. It puts out a creamy 20 watts of pure heaven with options for total tone control. Tweaking the Cut and Gain switches can alter the sound to give you a classic tone from the greats like Fender, Marshall and Vox or to create your own unique sound. It comes equipped with a Boost Controller which allows you to choose either “Fat” or “Brite” for choice in output control for a darker, more heavy sound or a bright and crisp output to give the most of your pickups. Though it is a studio-designed amp, this TopHat has plenty of power to go out on-stage or a gig, and gives you plenty of classic Rock n’ Roll tone that TopHat is so famous for.
