Conditional Notes: Overall this Martin D-40 BLE is in great condition. It's had some repair for cracking and separation of the binding. The binding is discolored in a few places. There are light scratches in places, but the finish remains very well preserved and there are no significant nicks or dings to the surfaces. Tonally this guitar projects and articulates every string beautifully! The action and playability of this guitar is what Martin is know for. There is very little wear to the frets, and the plastic remains intact over the pickguard.

-Binding was split in 3 places(Headstock Left Side, Body Back Binding past leg curve, Neck Joint Bottom), and some of the binding on the back edge was starting to separate.

-Binding has been re-glued in places

-Light surface scratches to back and side
